The Wedge ~ of baby romaine, cracked black pepper & parmesan vinaigrette strewn with pancetta.
Tempura of Asparagus ~ thick asparagus spears coated with tempura & served with a lemon aioli.
Agnolotti filled with fig, prosciutto & Marscapone ~ with fresh sage, extra virgin olive oil & shredded parmesan.
Choice of Main Course
Veal Chop Scarpata ~ grilled domestic, organic raised 12 oz. veal chop with hot Italian sausage, pepperoncini, and mushrooms in a white wine sauce. Finished with fresh oregano and garlic. Served with a lentil ragout.
Pork Vindaloo ~ Chunks of pork tenderloin in a traditional, spicy Indian curry sauce. Served with fruit chutney & Na'an bread.
Boneless Pan Fried Trout ~ dredged in rice flour & filled with a mushroom & prosciutto duxelle. Served with Chinese forbidden black rice. Finished wih Beurre Noisette.
Choice of Dessert
Key Lime Pie ~ Creamy Key Lime filling with a graham cracker crust.
Jamaican Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie ~ with whipped cream, creamy peanut butter & chocolate. Flavored with a Tia Maria ganache.
