What time does the event start?
Registration (with a light breakfast) starts at 08:00 with the first session starting at 09:00. Check out the full agenda.
What's included in my ticket?
Access to all the main stage sessions, workshop sessions, networking breaks, lunch and what promises to be an eventful evening party. The nominal fee of €15 is for a good cause: we’ll be planting two trees for every ticket bought, through our friends at Hotels for Trees. One from you, one from us. Make the world a little greener and get yours now.
What's the dress code?
We want you to be comfortable as this is an all-day conference style event that also extends into an evening party. That being said, don’t be too casual! No PJs or swimwear please.
Where do I get my badge?
Good question. the badge can be found as a QR code via an event app we are using to create a better guest experience.

How do I access the app?
All registered attendees will receive an email with details to login to the app, if we have your mobile number, you should receive a text too.
It is browser based and has all the details about the event, timings, networking locations, sponsors info, speaker bios and a lot more
Do you have a cloakroom?
Yes we will have a cloakroom available at the event
Tickets
How many tickets are available per hotel?
Due to the limited capacity and to encourage more hotel diversity, there are two available tickets per hotel.
How many tickets are available for non-hoteliers?
As we’re hosting an event for the hotelier community, we have limited the number of tickets for partners. We have 50 tickets available for partners to buy (50 additional tickets are allocated to partner sponsors). There are two available tickets per company.
Venue
How do I get to Muziekgebouw?
Muziekgebouw is accessible by plane, train, bike and foot – you could even get there by horse if you have one handy. Point is, it's seriously central, just over a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. Check out the venue section of the website for the map and details.
Is the building wheelchair accessible?
The Muziekgebouw is easily accessible for disabled visitors. The Piet Heingarage under the building offers parking especially for the disabled. The garage gives direct access to the Entrance Hall. There are lifts throughout the building, so that all floors are accessible. The toilet is located at -1 in the Entrance Hall.

There are various parking possibilities in the Muziekgebouw area. We’d suggest:

Can I pre-select workshop sessions prior to the event?
Yes, we recommend that in case the workshop reaches capacity. You can sign up here
Will sessions take place simultaneously?
Yes, workshop sessions will take place simultaneously with the main stage. You can review the agenda section of the website for timings and plan your day.
Networking, drinks and afterparty
I heard there’s an afterparty? Where is this happening?
Of course there will be an afterparty! And it will be epic – but more on that soon.
Can I bring guests to this part of the evening?
Unfortunately not. The drinks and partying is reserved for people that have attended the full day event.
Other
Will you share the recordings post event?
Yes, we will share recordings with everyone who attends. For those of you who can't make it in person, please fill in the form in the footer to show your interest and we will send you the recordings too.
