Guestmate provides fully integrated contactless solutions to hotels and rentals to better connect and manage a mobile-first guest experience and staff operations in a single platform.

Guests can skip the reception using the check-in online, head directly to their room by using their mobile keys, and book any service in-stay reducing non-essential interaction between staff and guests.

1. Retrieve new or updates of reservations in MEWS
2. Guestmate sends automatic invitations to the customers for online check-in.
3. Customers complete the pre-registration process through Guestmate online check-in.
4. All information gathered from the registration is sent back to MEWS ( registration card and updating or creating profiles )
