my booking portal integrates to your existing property management system to allow booking automation.
Your guests continue to make their bookings through their favourite booking engine or direct with you and when the booking is added to your PMS it is automatically synchronised to my booking portal. With the booking accepted and allocated in the PMS and my booking portal, we automatically integrate with the on-premise access control system to generate a unique PIN code for the guest. The guest code is unique to that property and is only valid for the duration of the stay. However, it also has the flexibility to allow access to the main doors, luggage room, car park or gym outside the standard arrival or departure hours. The guest simply arrives at their chosen accommodation and uses their PIN code to gain access. If they are early they only get access to the vestibule and luggage store. However, after the agreed check-in time they get full access to their accommodation. There is no need to queue at reception wait for keys and they can arrive as early or late as they like. At the end of the stay there are no keys to return and the guest simply pulls the door closed behind them. After the agreed check-out time the PIN code stops working whilst retaining luggage store access for the remainder of the day.
