Creo uses the door lock key card (or tag) to identify the guests.

The guest can then be charged automatically for items bought at the (self-service) POS, for items from the vending machines, and drinks that are automatically dispenced. The integration with the door lock key card prevents that guests need to type in manually the room number when items are purchased; the door lock key card is used to identify the guest.
