HeyTom! is a free webapp that enables food and beverage orders through customers/in-house guests smartphone.

No need to download a heavy app. In-house guests scan a QR code, and within 3 clicks, they order food (either as room service or in the hotel's restaurant). It enables fast, cashless and contactless way to order through the guests device. At HeyTom! we had the had long been focused on fast and secure way to provide services to bars / hotels / restaurants customers. We originally started to develop our solutions for bars and restaurants, and for a year now, we focus our new solutions on hospitality sector. We already work with worldwide groups like Melia. We have a very successful partnership with POS systems like Lightspeed, and have a first integration including MEWS / Lightspeed / HeyTom! technologies for a brand new Hotel in France launched October 2020 (You Urban Deauville). Supported features: 1. Scan a QR code on the restaurant table or the in-house guests room. 2. Show the menu. 3. Add food and beverage to cart. 4. Select a charge option (room charge or direct with credit card). 5. If room charge : ask for identity and room 6. Search the guest in Mews 7. If guest found, provide a one click order validation (add order to Mews). 8. If guest ask for direct Credit Card charge (or if guest not found) : enable to order through a PSP. 9. Sync with POS and PMS(MEWS)
