Vikey self check-in provides owners and managers of holiday homes, hotels and B&Bs with a hardware and software solution to manage all aspects of check-in: from IDs gathering, online payments, selling extra services, contract signature, authority integration to opening the doors from smartphone.

Thanks to the integration with Mews, reservations will be synchronized directly on Vikey. The host can request guests to complete online check-in and enable self check-in. In this way guests, after recognition, will be able to open all doors in complete autonomy. Supported features: 1. Reservations are synchronized with online operators. Vikey is integrated with main OTAs, PMS and channel managers. 2. After reservation, the guest receives and e-mail with the link to complete the online check-in with automatic sending of data to the public security authorities. 3. Only after completing the online check-in procedure, the guest will be enabled to open all the doors. 4. For the entire duration of the stay, the guest will be able to purchase extra services, generating additional revenue for the property.
