The Mews Booking Engine allows customers to search by date and city, meaning that all available apartments in the area are displayed, improving the booking rate significantly.

Automated reports save time and inform decisions



Every morning, someone on the reservations team had to go in early and manually search for the day’s important information (check-ins, housekeeping requirements etc.), a process that would typically take an hour and a half or if not longer.



Mews Business Intelligence offers a number of smart reports that can be customised to give departments the exact data they require, saving time and improving data accuracy. There are specialist reports for the reservations team, the finance team, marketing, and general management.

Looking ahead

Your Apartment plan to continue their success by expanding into new UK cities, with plans to open aparthotels in Cardiff and Liverpool later this year.
