[Amsterdam – 9th January 2024] Mews, the industry-leading hospitality cloud, has been awarded Best Property Management System at the 2024 HotelTechAwards.
The awards are the most established and coveted in the hospitality industry, and this is the second time that Mews has been named Best PMS.
“Every single person at Mews has contributed to this victory, and I’m so proud that our team is getting the recognition they deserve,” said Richard Valtr, Mews Founder. “It’s also a tribute to all our amazing hoteliers – some of whom have been with us for over a decade – who share our ambition to reimagine hospitality.”
The winners of the Hotel Tech Awards are determined by a transparent methodology that creates a HT Score. Customer reviews are the most important factor in this, alongside other criteria including partner recommendations, integrations and global reach. Mews achieved a 100 HT Score, the highest possible result.
“At the core of the Mews phenomenon is a rock-solid cutting-edge product,” said Jordan Hollander, Co-Founder of Hotel Tech Report. “Mews customers rave about the pace of innovation that's constantly being shipped, from advanced payments functionality to alternative space utilization features and everything in between.”
Hollander continued, “Mews deeply understands that it takes a village to disrupt the status quo and leans on a deep community of integration partners and industry experts to source the best ideas that are changing not just how hotels operate but the very nature of what it means to be a hotel as a Mews customer."
The award follows a ground-breaking year of growth for the company, which surpassed 5,000 properties on their platform and made further inroads into key products and markets with significant acquisitions.
Mews was also named in the Top 10 Places to Work in Hotel Tech and the Top 10 People’s Choice in Hotel Tech.
