Can I still use my Hotello after April 30,2026?

For properties using Hotello on site: Yes, the PMS will continue to work but without:

Connectivity with online booking platforms
Connectivity with online and connected payments
Connectivity with kiosks
Customer service

For properties using Hotello cloud: You will no longer have access to your Hotello starting from April 30,2026.

Will I have access to Mingus Campus after Hotello’s sunset?

Unfortunately, you will no longer have access to Mingus Campus after April 30, 2026.
