With 42 rooms across 16 different room types, the boutique hotel delivers a personalized experience for snow-season regulars, summer adventurers and everyone in between.

Blending modern comfort with laid-back mountain charm, the Adara Hotel is known for its central location, loyal guest base and thoughtful service. Behind the scenes, the team relies on Mews Business Intelligence (BI) to help find the balance between pricing and occupancy to fuel long-term growth.

The challenge

With 16 room types and seasonal shifts in demand, the Adara Hotel needed better visibility into how each category was performing.

They were working with high-level, manual reports that mostly just included ADR, occupancy and dates. There was no way to break down performance by room type, and no visibility into how individual categories were really performing.
