Get In Touch is a platform to enable companies, organizations with professional WhatsApp communication. Note: it's not WhatsApp for business. The platform allows communication over WhatsApp on enterprise level where - External integrations are available: for example Mews - Management by multiple operators - Automated campaigns, surveys, ... - AI assistants to handle incoming messages and to detect messages that should be handled by human operators, need intervention, ... The Get In Touch Mews integration is initialized on request of multiple customers of us using Mews. The integration allows hotels to send automated messages with relevant information over WhatsApp based on reservations events: like request/confirmation/update/cancel/checkin/checkout reservation. Send messages with relevant upfront/afterwards certain events: scheduled start/end, checkin/out, ... based on specific rules requested by the hotel
