Hoslow is a uniform and linen inventory management platform built for the hospitality industry. It centralizes staff uniform allocations, tracks stock movements across departments, and uses live occupancy data pulled from Mews to help hotel operations teams anticipate linen and uniform distribution needs with accuracy. Managing uniforms and workwear in a hotel is a daily operational challenge: knowing who has what, when items need to be replaced, and how many pieces are in circulation at any given time. Hoslow addresses this by connecting the people side — staff profiles, department assignments, and size allocations — with the inventory side — stock levels, inbound and outbound movements, and loss tracking. The integration with Mews adds an occupancy layer to this picture. Hoslow connects to the Mews Connector API to retrieve the property's room inventory and upcoming reservations on a daily basis. This data feeds directly into the occupancy dashboard, showing hotel teams the expected activity over the next 14 days so they can plan linen distribution and uniform preparation accordingly. The integration is read-only and runs automatically once per day. Hoslow is designed as a multi-property platform, allowing hotel groups to manage multiple sites from a single interface while keeping each property's data fully isolated. It supports role-based access control, so department heads, laundry managers, and general managers each see the information relevant to their scope.
