Ovimore Pay makes processing OTA payments received by bank transfer simple and fully automated.
Payments are automatically matched with the correct reservations and settled directly on the reservation in Mews. This removes manual reconciliation work and reduces the risk of human errors.
Ovimore Pay is set up without the need for post masters or complex Mews automations, keeping the payment workflow clean and easy to manage.
Because the balance is settled directly on the guest reservation, the correct invoice can also be generated and printed for the guest when needed.
Ovimore automatically identifies exceptions such as missing payments, differences or unmatched transactions, allowing hotel teams to focus only on the cases that actually require attention.
