RevView is the revenue dashboard for independent hotels on Mews. Every figure is shown net of commission, with a forecast for the months ahead, the nights that need a decision clearly marked, and the weekly report written before the team gets in.
Where the hotel stands
See revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR—gross and net of commission—against budget and last year. Every figure can be split by channel, room type, rate code or market segment, making it easy to spot issues such as 92% occupancy on a Saturday coming through the wrong channel.
Where it is heading
See the months ahead on the books, pickup compared with the same period last year, and a forecast by night and by month.
The forecast learns from the hotel's own booking curves and is checked every day against what actually happened, so the hotel can see how accurate it is before relying on it.
What needs a decision
RevView keeps an eye on the issues that are usually found too late:
- A night about to sell out while rooms are still available
- A month quietly falling behind last year
- A channel where cancellations are starting to increase
Owners tend to look at the money, general managers at the risks, and revenue managers at the pace. It is the same screen for everyone.
The report is already written
Each hotel receives a weekly and monthly report in one consistent layout, with a short written note explaining what moved the numbers and why. Reports are sent automatically to whoever the hotel chooses.
Nothing to set up
Connecting to Mews takes a few minutes and nothing changes at the property. RevView pulls in historical data the same day, so last year is available from the start. It never writes anything back to Mews.
The people behind it
RevView is built by Hospitality Skills, a revenue management agency that uses it every day for the hotels it manages. Hotels that want more than the dashboard can have the same team review and act on their numbers.
