The integration allows hotel engineering and maintenance teams to manage assets, track work orders, and coordinate technical staff — all informed by real-time occupancy data from Mews. Facility managers can define recurring maintenance schedules tied to specific rooms or assets, create digital instruction checklists with required sign-offs, and receive AI-powered analysis of reported issues.
