The rumors are true – Unfold 2024 exceeded all expectations. While it might sound like something a CEO and Founder would say about their company’s event, those who attended will confirm that something magical indeed took place in Amsterdam’s stunning Muziekgebouw.
The theme for Unfold 2024 was Shaping the Future of Hospitality. It echoed throughout our discussions and experiences, across multiple stages and caffeine-fueled chats. There was palpable excitement about the possibilities brought on by modern hotel tech, especially its power to humanize hospitality.
