We’re officially the best in the business after winning this prestigious award
We’re delighted to reveal that we won the Best Property Management System (PMS) in the 2020 HotelTechAwards.
The HotelTechAwards are considered the most coveted awards in hotel technology: winners are selected purely by customers within the hospitality industry, using a transparent, data-driven scoring system. It’s a thorough methodology that takes into account:
- Customer reviews and ratings
- Partner recommendations
- Global reach
- Vendor integrations
- Customer support and company culture
This year, Mews scored a total of 95 out of 100 points, making us best in class. We also received a certificate of excellence and an average customer review score of 4.8 out of 5. It’s all pretty impressive. In 2019, we were a Finalist in the same category – so not only are we consistent high performers but we’re also improving all the time.
So how did we get such good results? In short, because we’re not afraid to challenge convention.
