How does Mews handle multi-country data compliance and GDPR across ownership boundaries?

Mews supports a global, country-aware approach to data protection, covering GDPR where applicable alongside UK, US and other local privacy requirements.
Mews generally acts as a data processor, with the group, brand, owner or operating entity retaining responsibility for processing purposes and lawful instructions. Full detail is set out in our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
International transfers use appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, and other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
Security measures include encryption, restricted access, activity logging, incident response, backups and logical separation of customer data — see our Trust Center for certifications and detailed security documentation.
Ownership and franchise boundaries can be managed through separate accounts or enterprises, role-based access and controlled data sharing.

Country-specific requirements are validated during solution, privacy and security reviews, including data residency, retention, integrations and local regulations.

What does the rollout and training program look like at scale?

Mews supports program-based deployment combining central governance, repeatable templates, phased property waves, role-based training and hypercare.  Establish executive sponsors, workstreams, responsibilities and governance.

How does Mews integrate with our existing CRS, CDP and revenue stack?

Mews integrates with CRS, CDP and revenue ecosystems through certified integrations, APIs and agreed data flows.  CRS designs define ownership of reservations, inventory, rates, guest data, payments and reporting.  

Mews supports two-way CRS deployments and coordinated multi-property implementations.
The revenue workspace connects pricing, rates, restrictions, Mews RMS and Channel Manager.
CDP integrations can exchange guest, reservation, consent, spend, loyalty and segmentation data, subject to the agreed identifiers and governance model.

What commercial and licensing models are available for large groups?

Mews offers configurable enterprise commercials covering portfolio scope, property subscriptions, modules, implementation, payment volumes and growth commitments.  Group Master Agreements or framework agreements can cover current and future properties.  

Options may include volume tiers, multi-year commitments, deployment services, professional services and enhanced support.

How does Mews scale as we grow — new properties, new segments, new markets?

Mews scales through a cloud platform, reusable configuration, open integrations and Mews Multi-Property capabilities. Add properties through standard templates, central services, products, rates, segments and policies.
