Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist

Customer Success

Help make the world more hospitable

The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that’s just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we’re transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.

You’ll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You’ll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you’ll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we’re building.

If you’re motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you’ll feel at home here.

About the role

Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

You'd own the design and delivery of Mews' first dedicated commercial enablement function inside Onboarding: turning onboarding professionals across a global, distributed team into consultants who can spot and act on expansion revenue, without inheriting anyone else's playbook.

Most onboarding organisations treat go-live as the finish line, so the upsell and cross-sell signals sitting inside existing project portfolios go unqualified and never reach Sales. At Mews, that gap sits inside a fast-growing hospitality tech customer base, where every project portfolio onboarding already manages is effectively an unworked pipeline of expansion revenue.

You'll work closely with Onboarding leadership globally, plus Sales, Customer Success and RevOps, to define what a qualified expansion lead looks like and get it moving to the right team. This is a new role, not a backfill, so the coaching model, playbooks and success metrics are yours to build from scratch.

This role exists because Onboarding's project portfolios are growing faster than the team's ability to work them commercially, and right now, nobody owns that motion end to end.

What you would do

  • Design and deliver consultative sales training for onboarding professionals, covering discovery, opportunity qualification, objection handling and commercial conversations that keep the customer's trust intact
  • Build an ongoing coaching programme that grows consultative skill progressively, from new joiners through tenured consultants, and onboard new starters into the commercial side of the role from day one
  • Develop playbooks and frameworks, including AI-assisted tools, that help the team surface and qualify upsell and cross-sell signals across their project portfolios at scale
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and RevOps to define a qualified expansion lead and build the handoff process between Onboarding and Sales
  • Track commercial performance across the portfolio (pipeline generated, expansion revenue influenced, handoff quality) and use it to keep improving the programme

AI Fluency Level 3: in this role, that means redesigning how the wider onboarding team spots and qualifies commercial signals, not just using AI to work faster yourself. You'll build AI-assisted frameworks and tools that other onboarding professionals can use on their own portfolios, and you'll actively check what those tools flag before it shapes a playbook or gets treated as a qualified lead.

What you would bring

  • 4+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement or Commercial Training, with direct exposure to consultative or solution-selling methodologies
  • A background as a quota-carrying sales rep, account manager or customer success leader: you've had the commercial conversations you'll be teaching others to have
  • Deep familiarity with consultative sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN or equivalent), and comfort adapting them to a post-sale, trust-based context
  • A coaching instinct: you can watch a customer interaction, spot the missed commercial moment, and give feedback specific enough to change what happens next time
  • AI Fluency Level 3 or equivalent hands-on experience: comfortable redesigning workflows with AI, building tools colleagues can reuse, and checking AI output rather than taking it at face value

Nice to have

  • A data-driven mindset: comfortable defining success metrics and iterating a programme based on results
  • Experience designing and delivering training for customer-facing teams in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, and comfort operating across a large, distributed global team where influence often has to happen without formal authority

Life at Mews

We’re an equal opportunities employer. We value teams that reflect the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. Different perspectives make better ideas, stronger products and a more welcoming company.

We also believe transparency is important when deciding if you're the right fit. Mews is an ambitious, high-pressure environment of continuous learning and high standards. Success here requires resilience, adaptability and a willingness to solve difficult problems.

A few things that define how we work:

  • High autonomy means high responsibility. People are expected to take ownership and drive outcomes. There isn’t a detailed playbook for everything, and that’s part of what makes the work challenging – and rewarding.
  • Change is constant. We’re growing quickly and adapting as we scale. Teams, processes and priorities continue to evolve, and only people who stay curious and agile will thrive.
  • We’re remote-first, not relationship-free. Flexibility is core to how we work, but strong relationships still matter. Our teams are global, so we need expert collaborators and communicators to help us move forward together.
  • AI is an integral part of our processes. It’s not here to steal people’s jobs, but to amplify efficiency and productivity. We’re motivated to proactively use the technology to seek out better ways of working and share our findings with the rest of the company.

If there's anything we can do to support you during the application process, let us know.

We don't discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability or any other protected characteristic.

One final thing: don't hold back. If you don't meet 100% of the criteria in this job description but you're certain you could make a big impact, apply. Everyone should have equal access to opportunities, and we're committed to providing an inclusive experience.

If Mews sounds like the kind of environment where you'd thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
