What the integration does
The Chainels x Mews integration automates resident onboarding and offboarding. The moment a guest checks in via Mews, Chainels creates their account and sends an activation email so they can start using Chainels right away. Any room changes sync as they happen. When they check out, their access is revoked automatically.
This replaces manual data entry with an automated flow, so property teams save time on every move-in and tenants get access from day one. The integration is read-only: Chainels pulls reservation updates from Mews while all your Mews records stay exactly as they are.
