Every morning, Dexlo informs hotels about which nights to raise, lower, or keep prices steady, along with the reasons behind these decisions.
Data Integration via Mews Connector API
Through the Mews Connector API, Dexlo accesses various operational data of the property:
- Configuration
- Availability and occupancy
- Rates and pricing
- Reservations
- Restrictions
- Business segments
- Resources and order items
Process and Analysis
Dexlo compares each night with:
- Last year's pace
- Competitor rates
- Major nearby events
It then forecasts how each night will fill and generates clear price recommendations.
User Control and Security
The revenue manager retains full control:
- Reviews each recommendation.
- Applies any price changes directly in Mews.
Integration Details:
- The connection is read-only.
- Dexlo uses its own Access Token for each property.
- It never writes to Mews or accesses guest personal data.
