White-label guest-experience platform: branded storefront, gift vouchers, and spa/sports/dining bookings, posting charges and tasks to Mews

Doraki is a white-label guest-experience platform for hotels and resorts. It powers a branded storefront, gift vouchers, and bookings for spa, sports, dining, and experiences, with an AI concierge. The Mews integration posts each guest purchase and booking to the correct folio and keeps staff in sync. Doraki is the guest-facing layer; Mews remains the source of truth for the folio and the operational worklist. The two connect through the Connector API as follows: Charges. When a guest buys retail or souvenirs, books a paid experience or court, or orders room service, Doraki posts the revenue to Mews. For charge-to-room, it adds a charge to the guest's reservation bill, settled at checkout. When the guest pays online through Doraki's payment gateway, Doraki posts the charge plus an offsetting payment so the night audit reconciles without double-charging — Doraki is not the merchant of record, and the acquirer settles directly to the hotel. Gift cards. Doraki sells and redeems gift cards as external payments tagged to a gift-card liability accounting category, so the hotel's books reflect outstanding gift-card value at any time. Bookings. A booking that needs staff confirmation creates a Mews task, so the front desk actions it from its normal worklist. The task closes when Doraki marks the booking confirmed or canceled. Guest and room context. Doraki reads reservations to resolve the in-house guest and route each charge to the correct bill, and accounting categories map every Doraki revenue type to the property's general ledger. AI concierge handoff. When the assistant cannot resolve a request, the conversation is escalated into the hotel's Mews guest inbox, so a team member can reply where they already work.
