The integration uses the Mews Connector API for real-time, two-way sync. Guest profiles flow from Mews into Hello Hotel automatically, and edits made in Hello Hotel sync back to Mews so your systems stay aligned. Reservation data powers smart status labels (Future, Checking In, In-House, Departing, Past), repeat-guest indicators, room number context, and inbox filters your team uses to focus on guests arriving, in-house, or departing today. Hello Hotel reads payment card status to indicate whether a guest has a card on file; Mews remains the system of record for all reservation and payment data.
Beyond live context, Hello Hotel layers in a shared team inbox for calls, texts, and voicemails (with automatic transcription), plus an automation engine that triggers pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay messaging based on reservation events.
