Nostaya is a direct booking engine for hotels. It connects to Mews to read the property configuration, room categories, rate plans, products and live availability, and it creates the reservations taken on the hotel's own website directly in Mews — including guests, extras and multi-room reservation groups, keeping both systems in sync in real time via webhooks. It also handles pre-stay upsells (room upgrades and extras) by updating the reservation in Mews. Payment cards are captured and secured on our side (via Stripe); for properties running on a PMS partner, the tokenized card is attached to the Mews reservation so the property charges it through its own payment processor. The integration runs per property, each hotel using its own access token.
