Otely is an outsourced room service for hotels. In exclusive partnership with Uber Eats, Otely enables room guests to order meals from any nearby restaurants and have them delivered directly to their rooms, just like traditional in-house room service.
When placing an order, guests are not required to provide any personal information or payment details. Orders made in their room, through the Otely QR code, are seamlessly charged to the guest's account.
