Personalkollen Integration

Personalkollen is a workforce and payroll platform for hospitality businesses that automates staff management, scheduling, and payroll processes. The integration with Mews enables automatic synchronization of sales and transaction data, eliminating manual data entry and reducing administrative overhead. Through the Mews Connector API, Personalkollen retrieves billing, payment, and order item data and maps it into structured sales records. The integration enriches each transaction with contextual information such as products, accounting categories, reservations, rooms, rate plans, and promotions. This allows hospitality operators to connect operational data from Mews with workforce and payroll processes in Personalkollen. Sales data is synchronized incrementally on a scheduled basis, ensuring that new and updated transactions are continuously reflected in Personalkollen. Historical data is also supported through an initial backfill process. The integration is designed to handle pagination, deduplication, and data consistency to ensure reliable synchronization. By combining PMS data from Mews with staff and payroll data in Personalkollen, the integration provides a unified view of business performance, helping operators improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and gain better insight into labor costs in relation to revenue.
