The integration between Toast POS and Mews simplifies room charge management for properties, enabling seamless posting of charges directly to Mews. By leveraging this integration, hotels can reduce manual input, minimize errors, and enhance the guest experience with accurate and timely charge processing. This solution ensures a smooth flow of room charge data from Toast POS to Mews and supports efficient financial management, with the option to enable a full revenue push for all direct payments as well.

Key Functionalities

  • Room Charge: Charge revenue directly to a checked-in Guest Profile in Mews using the guest’s Name and/or Room Number (live integration)
  • Full revenue push: Sending over all direct payments from Toast to Mews including cash and card payments (runs every 15 minutes)
  • Full self-onboarding with easy, real-time mapping adjustments, allowing you to configure and fine-tune the setup independently

Onboarding Process

To start the onboarding process, please follow the next steps:

  1. Request connection via Toast Marketplace
  2. You will receive an email from the Omniboost Onboarding team to start your self-onboarding journey
  3. Request connection via Mews Marketplace
  4. After all setup steps that are shared in the email are finalized, the integration is active and operational
