When a stay state changes to "Started" (check-in), Yuvod retrieves the assigned room resource and customer profile details—including the primary guest's name, preferred language code (BCP-47), and country code (ISO)—to automatically initialize the in-room TV interface with a personalized welcome message.
Upon check-out, when the reservation state transitions to "Processed", Yuvod automatically clears all personal guest data from the TV system and resets the device, ensuring guest privacy and preparing the room for the next occupant without requiring manual intervention from hotel staff.
