Despite having a small staff to drive the transition and a large number of properties to migrate, the team at Ligula set an ambitious goal: move 40 properties from their old system to Mews in 3 months.

Not only did they achieve their goal, but they realized that Mews would allow them to continue to scale their business. It simply required cloning one property, making minor changes, and they were ready to go live in very little time.

Training new staff on Mews has been smooth too. When staff have questions, they simply direct them to either the help center to find an article that solves their problem or they suggest additional learning with Mews University, our e-learning resource.

With six different hotel brands, technology needs differ from brand to brand. Some integrations are used by the entire portfolio, while other hotels have their own needs.

Mews Marketplace enables Ligula customize the different tech stacks to fit the needs of each brand.  They now trial different integrations to evaluate which is best for them before they roll it out across the portfolio or specific hotels.

Integration options

With five different brands, each is a different hotel and has different needs. Mews allows them to pick the vendors that they need for each brand to optimize and standardize each portfolio's tech stack as needed. They're also able to trial different integrations with one hotel and then roll it out across the portfolio once it's proven to be a good fit.
