About Vesta Hospitality

Vesta Hospitality is a boutique hospitality portal specializing in serviced apartments across Egypt. Guests can enjoy the space and amenities of a fully equipped apartment with the style and hospitality of a unique hotel.

Long term stays are common, with a demographic that also focuses on family groups. They have forty homes in total, many of which are already using Mews with further additions planned in the future.

A cohesive customer journey


Vesta Hospitality wanted to provide guests with a seamless customer journey and immerse them in their stay.


Mews Booking Engine allows guests to easily make reservations and also purchase extras that are specific to each location. For instance, once they have selected their apartment, guests can book add-ons such as boat trips, F&B vouchers and tuk-tuk rentals to explore the local neighborhood. Guests can then check-in online so they can begin their trip immediately once they arrive, while online check-out allows them to head straight out the door.

A time-saving payments solution


Payments need to be made securely and online as there may not always be the option to pay onsite.


Vesta Hospitality uses Mews Payments to process every transaction securely and seamlessly. Guests can pay through the method of their choice at multiple parts of the guest journey, for instance during booking or online check-in. The team also send payment requests straight from the Mews platform to retrieve any additional costs that guests have incurred during their stay.

Looking ahead

The group has an ambitious expansion plan to provide even more luxury serviced apartments in the North African area. Plans are already in place for a further six properties to migrate to Mews by 2024, taking advantage of the Mews Enterprise package that includes unlimited integrations and Mews Analytics.
