1. Introduction

While our services are primarily for business users, we understand the importance of designing products that consumers with disabilities interact with intentionally to enable their engagement with such services independently and with dignity. In line with our commitment to this, we’ve engaged the external specialist firm Gain Experience to conduct an independent accessibility audit on all our guest-facing products, the results of which inform specific improvements to how our digital products work and are designed.

Based on those findings, we have a range of improvements in progress of being implemented with the aim of aligning relevant products and services with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549 requirements.

This accessibility statement reflects our current level of accessibility and the work completed to date. While we have taken significant steps to align with standards, we recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process. If you encounter any barriers or inconsistencies, we welcome your feedback and are committed to resolving issues promptly and continuing to improve over time.

2. Current Status

Our commitment stems from a desire for inclusion . While we aim to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549, our deeper goal is to support equal access and usability for everyone.

We fully align with the purpose of the European Accessibility Act: to remove digital barriers, promote inclusion, and ensure that our products can be used independently and with dignity by all individuals, regardless of ability.

Accessibility is not a checkbox for us; it's a principle that shapes how we design, build, and improve our products. And while we are not perfect, we are committed to ongoing progress, and as part of that commitment, our status of accessibility is as follows:

We identified a number of areas in Mews Kiosk where accessibility can be improved. The application currently partially conforms to WCAG 2.12 Level AA, and targeted enhancements are in progress to strengthen overall accessibility and usability.

3. Future Progress

While we've made significant progress toward accessibility, we acknowledge that some parts of our digital products may not yet fully meet the desired standards or the needs of all users.

We are committed to addressing these opportunities for improvement and will continue working on them in line with user feedback, technical feasibility, and recognized standards.

4. Feedback and Complaints Process

We genuinely welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our products. If you encounter any barriers or require content in an alternative format, please don’t hesitate to reach out — your input helps us improve.

Accessibility Contact

We are committed to responding to accessibility-related enquiries within a reasonable timeframe, in line with applicable local legal requirements in each EU country where we operate. While response times may vary slightly depending on jurisdiction, we aim to address all feedback and requests promptly and constructively.

At Mews, accessibility is not a one-time milestone, but a continual commitment. We will:

  • Regularly review and update our accessibility practices.
  • Monitor changes to legal standards and user needs.
  • Implement feedback-driven improvements.

We are committed to ensuring that our products remain usable, inclusive, and accessible to everyone.
