myConcierge is a digital guest services solution that enables hotel guests to buy products (e.g. room service) and/or book services (e.g. massage treatments), accessing the web app directly on their mobile device (without the need of downloading an app). With the well-structured and intuitive user interface of myConcierge, hotels can easily create as many products and/or services as they want and make them digitally available to their guests. The integration allows the guests to order products or book services through myConcierge, which are directly put on the customer's bill in MEWS. 1. Find a customer. 2.
