Tucked away in the heart of the Alpilles Natural Park, Hôtel Benvengudo is a family-run Provençal estate where nature, heritage and personalized hospitality come together in perfect harmony. Founded in 1967 by Maryse and Daniel Beaupied, the hotel is now managed by their daughter Carole Beaupied Puetzer and her husband Viktor. It’s also a proud member of the Cadhi group.
Set among seven acres of olive groves, lavender fields and pine trees, Benvengudo features 28 elegant rooms, suites and cottages steeped in old-world charm and modern comfort. The on-site restaurant offers refined regional cuisine, showcasing local ingredients and an authentic taste of Provence.
“Benvengudo is defined by personalized guest attention, refined and creative cuisine and a deep culture of Provençal art de vivre that we want guests to feel throughout their entire stay,” says Carole Beaupied Puetzer, General Manager.
Outdated PMS slowed down operations
Behind Benvengudo’s serene façade, daily operations told a different story. “Our previous PMS lacked user-friendliness, which slowed down daily tasks,” recalls Carole. “With an intentionally lean team, every minute counts.”
Routine operations dragged. Integrations, particularly with the restaurant POS, frequently failed and required manual fixes. Team training was complex and slow.
Guest communications were just as cumbersome: every confirmation, cancellation and pre-arrival email had to be manually written, increasing administrative workload and the risk of error.
