How does the pre-configuration work? 

Over the years, we’ve onboarded thousands of properties to Mews. So, we’re uniquely positioned to help pre-configure your setup and make sure you aren't starting from scratch. We'll match you to the Mews set-up that's closest to your needs, pre-filling elements like accounting categories, rates, services and more. All you need to do is review the pre-filled elements and adjust to your specific needs. 

How long does onboarding typically take? 

Properties can be onboarded in as little as one week depending on its needs. 

How will my team learn how to use Mews? 

When configuring Mews, you’ll learn as you go with an onboarding dashboard that breaks everything into easy steps. Built-in resources and tips will offer expert support along the way. 
For the rest of your team, there’s Mews University. It offers on-demand, self-paced courses based on real hospitality roles. It’s always available and a great way to train new starters or refresh skills any time. 

What support will I get during onboarding? 

During onboarding, you’ll be able to access support quickly via chat and bookable time with an expert from the Mews team.
