The MEWS to ROPO connection is provided by Omniboost and ensures the transfer of invoices between your PMS- and ROPO environments, the connection transfers invoices through a fully automated API connection.

Onboarding Process

The steps involved in connecting MEWS to your ROPO environment are outlined below. The expected onboarding timeline is 2 to 3 business weeks, starting from the moment your MEWS accounting setup is correctly configured and the accounting variables requested by Omniboost are provided.

1. Request the ROPO connection via the MEWS Marketplace.
2. Omniboost’s Onboarding team will contact you within three business days with further instructions.
3. Finish your MEWS Accounting setup.
4. Provide Omniboost with the requested accounting variables.
5. Omniboost to setup the connection.
6. Omniboost to send test invoice entries to your ROPO environment.
7. Validation of test invoice entries by the hotel accounting team.
8. Omniboost to activate the ROPO connection.

Omniboost’s Onboarding team will be able to assist you throughout the entire onboarding process. The Omniboost Support team will ensure full quality control and maintenance of the connection after activation.

Standard Connectivity - Data transfer details

The Standard MEWS to ROPO connection transfers the below entries:

1. Invoices according to the EHF-invoicing standard.
2. Invoice Owner information (the invoice owner is either a Company or Client).
